"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

So i haven't been on deviantart in around a year now. I've finally got some time that i'd like to spend getting back into the community here, meet some people, and learn more about photography and computer graphics in general. I've finished launching [link] , should keep active there in the meantime. I'm going to make a concerted effort to re-learn terragen, as well as Bryce, and become more adept in Photoshop CS2.
I can't in the summer, since I go to college in DC and will be home for the holidays :-p

I found your site through the "neighbors" feature, and wanted to let you know about the Virginia / DC / Maryland Deviant Art Group at [link]
Also, we're going to have a DevMeet for Northern Virginia deviants on Sautrday, September 10th, in Woodbridge, VA. If you'd like to come and meet other Deviants from the area, you're more than welcome. You can find more info about it in my current journal entry (time, location, etc.)
